Fairly clean accommodation, incredibly kind and accommodating staff especially the receptionist. Quaint hotel in a secluded location near the area we had got married. And just off Keswick, Munchester Castle and the coast as well as an exceptionally picturesque valley in the beautiful Lake District.

Quirky property, has unfailingly friendly and exceptionally kind staff from the house keepers. A lot of options, superb food. Well-maintained unit with a lovely view, the fan, as for instance. Amazing setting, near to Keswick on the west side of the lake, Watendlath, and splendid gardens and superb location.

The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious. The flavors were out of this world and the choices were plentiful. I had three courses of pure heaven.
The rooms at the hotel were not up to par. They were clean and comfortable, but lacked some necessary facilities.

Top-notch service, stunning and marvellous position in the lovely garden. And close enough to Windermere, Derwent Water, Buttermere and Crummock Water and tucked in between high hills. Plenty of options for outstanding breakfast.

Thr staff were very helpful and the setting was stunning. when coming down for breakfast in the morning the view from the dining room windows was like looking out on a postcard. We'll definitely be back.

No complaints whatsoever, the venue exceeded high expectations, would recomand it. Clean and the staff was high quality and accommodating. The hotel had a secluded location by the river.

It was a nicely appointed place, had caring and particularly helpful staff from the house keepers. This hotel was set in a secluded area close enough to the lake and Castle Crag as well as Cat Bells, Sca Fell and Ennerdale.
